Barre Basics: (Lighter Weights, Balls and Bands – bring a mat)
Mondays at 9:30 am- Barre Basics- Shape, sculpt and stretch in a low-impact, full-body workout. Barré workouts are a fusion of ballet, Pilates, and resistance training in a fun and energetic environment.
Barre Pilates:(Lighter Weights, Balls and Bands – bring a mat)
Mondays at 6:15 pm, Tuesdays at 5:45 pm & Thursdays at 7:30 pm
This class focuses on strengthening and toning your body with isometric movements. Holding your body still while you contract specific muscles until you shake and feel the burn!

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 am
We will be sure to get your body moving. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, this class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises, for a superior total body workout.
HIIT: (heavy weights and sliders)
Wednesdays at 8:30 am or Fridays at 9:30 am
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT workouts will range from intervals to circuits, to AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) and so much more! This is a full, total body workout with a combination of cardio and strength exercises. This intense, but fun workout will rev your heart rate, increase your metabolism, burn calories, build muscular strength and leave you feeling energized.
Piyo
Mondays at 9:30 am
Piyo provides an option to address the fitness concerns of any age, being a low-impact exercise protocol. Piyo denotes the Pilates (Pi) and Yoga (Yo) combined as a single exercising regime; the core strengthening and muscle-sculpting upshots of Pilates added to yoga’s flexibility and power in a fitness experience that can be gratifying to the body.
Tabata (heavy weights and sliders)
Wednesdays at 9:30 am
This new class is a higher intensity version of HIIT with shorter and more rigidly defined workouts. Be ready to build your cardio respiratory endurance by cramming maximum muscle-burning into a minimal time frame.
Spin - (Bikes are in Spin Room on second floor)
Wednesdays 6:30 pm
Saturday Mornings 9:00 am
This Indoor cycling class involves pedaling on a stationary bike while using various levels of speed and resistance.
Stretch & Strengthen: (Light weights, balls, resistance bands, and your own body weight – bring a mat)
Wednesdays 9:30 am
Work all muscle groups with a variety of strength and conditioning exercises. This class tones the upper and lower body using resistance tools like hand weights, balls, resistance bands, and your own body weight. Please bring a mat for floor work.
Yoga:(No equipment- bring a mat)
Mondays at 7:30 pm & Thursdays at 6:15 pm
In this class, the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.
Yogalates: (Light weights, balls, resistance bands, and your own body weight – bring a mat)
Fridays at 9:30 am
Yogalates is a type of exercise inspired by yoga and Pilates, as its name suggests. It is said to harness the physical and mental benefits of both practices, and its advocates describe it as a comprehensive exercise system.
Zumba Toning: (Zumba sticks or smaller weights used)
Wednesdays at 6:15 pm
It targets the abs, thighs, arms, and other muscles throughout the body. This type of Zumba class provides participants with a cardio workout and strength training
Zumba:
Saturday at 9:00 am
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
