For Beginners:
Level 1: ready position, grip, footwork, stroke mechanics, serve, return of serve, court positioning, basic strategy. Paddles and balls provided
Wear comfortable clothes, tennis or court shoes and bring water.
For Advanced Beginners:
Level 2: If you’ve taken Level 1 class and want to continue your learning, this class is for you. Learn new skills, techniques, and strategies. Paddles and balls provided
Wear comfortable clothes, tennis or court shoes and bring water.
Level 2 class requires that you have taken level 1 unless approved ahead of time.
For Intermediates/3.0 minimum ranking with at least 1 year playing experience:
Level 3: drills targeting dinks, drop shots, drives, volleys, and blocks to improve overall game performance.
